How do you match people with puppies?

We carefully match families with the right puppy through a detailed application and phone interview. We consider your lifestyle, activity level, children, other pets, and social environment to determine if you need a family pet, competition dog, therapy/service dog, or active outdoor companion.

Do you offer transportation?

Shipping is available in the US and occasionally Canada. Shipping prices range from $350-550. This includes crate, health certificate, and airfare. We will typically use American Airlines, weather permitting. We also have a flight nanny option for puppies that weigh 20 pounds or less where the puppy flies in the cabin with the nanny.

For puppies being delivered within a 12-hour drive, we also offer door to door ground delivery service. The cost for this service varies depending on the distance but is generally starts at $500.

Do you have a Health Guarantee?

We take great pride in our parent dog selections, and we are confident that they will produce healthy, happy puppies. All of our puppies come with a 2-year genetic health guarantee. We guarantee that your puppy will not have life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects or we'll replace your puppy free of charge.
