How do you match people with puppies?
To match people with the best puppy for them, we carefully review their application and delve into details during a phone interview. We consider their lifestyle, activity levels, whether they have young children or other pets, and their social environment. This helps us understand if they're looking for a well-rounded pet, a competition dog for agility or obedience, a therapy or service dog, or a companion for active outdoor adventures.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we do offer refunds under certain circumstances such as illness, as detailed in our contract. Our health guarantee covers genetic issues that may arise within two years, providing a refund in these instances. For more specific details, please refer to our health guarantee terms.
Are deposit non refundable?

Do you have any training recommendations for after the puppy goes home?
We strongly advise continuing training with at least one obedience class outside your home. This helps reinforce and build upon the training foundation already established. Remember, training is an ongoing process!
Do you have a training contract?

Do you offer transportation?
Shipping is available in the US and occasionally Canada. Shipping prices range from $350-550. This includes crate, health certificate, and airfare. We will typically use American Airlines, weather permitting. We also have a flight nanny option for puppies that weigh 20 pounds or less where the puppy flies in the cabin with the nanny.
For puppies being delivered within a 12-hour drive, we also offer door to door ground delivery service. The cost for this service varies depending on the distance but is generally starts at $500.

When do I have to put down a deposit?
The deposit is due after your application for a puppy has been approved.
When is final payment due?
The final balance is due at pick up if paying with Cash. If paying with a check, the check needs to be cleared a day before pickup. For puppies that are flying or being transported, the final balance must be paid the day before.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Venmo, Verified Check, or Cash for puppy purchases.
Do you have a Health Guarantee?
We take great pride in our parent dog selections, and we are confident that they will produce healthy, happy puppies. All of our puppies come with a 2-year genetic health guarantee. We guarantee that your puppy will not have life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects or we'll replace your puppy free of charge.
